2013 10.8 かねてから元交際相手からのストーカー被害を訴えていた鈴木紗彩さん（高校3年18歳）が、当日も警察にストーカー被害相談をしていながら、夕方の下校時、自宅部屋に潜んでいた犯人にナイフで襲われ、自宅前で意識不明の重体、のちに死亡。逃走した犯人が、ネット上に用意していた交際時のプライベートなファイルのアドレスをネット掲示板に書き込み、本来の被害者の人柄とは懸け離れた印象が拡散され、以後ネット上では被害者が誹謗中傷の対象となり、現在もその痕跡は残存したままである。

三鷹ストーカー殺人、１２月１６日控訴審初公判

　東京高裁は５日、三鷹市の高３女子ストーカー刺殺事件で殺人罪などに問われた無職、池永チャールストーマス被告（２２）の控訴審初公判を、１２月１６日に開くと明らかにした。裁判員裁判だった一審東京地裁立川支部の判決は懲役２２年だった。
　一審判決によると、池永被告は昨年１０月８日午前、女子生徒＝当時（１８）＝宅に侵入し、午後４時５５分ごろ、生徒の首や腹をペティナイフで刺して失血死させた。
　被告は、交際中に撮影した生徒の画像を事件前後にインターネットに流出させ、「リベンジ（復讐）ポルノ」と呼ばれる嫌がらせの存在が広く知られるきっかけとなった。
