事件経過

2013 10.8 かねてから元交際相手からのストーカー被害を訴えていた鈴木紗彩さん（高校3年18歳）が、当日も警察にストーカー被害相談をしていながら、夕方の下校時、自宅部屋に潜んでいた犯人にナイフで襲われ、自宅前で意識不明の重体、のちに死亡。逃走した犯人が、ネット上に用意していた交際時のプライベートなファイルのアドレスをネット掲示板に書き込み、本来の被害者の人柄とは懸け離れた印象が拡散され、以後ネット上では被害者が誹謗中傷の対象となり、現在もその痕跡は残存したままである。

10.9 リベンジポルノで新法「同意なく掲載」で懲役も

自民党は９日、元交際相手のプライベートな性的画像などをインターネット上で公開する「リベンジ（復讐（ふくしゅう））ポルノ」の被害を防ぐため、加害者に最高で懲役３年を科すことを柱とした「リベンジポルノ被害防止法案」（仮称）の国会提出を目指す方針を固めた。

　各党に賛同を呼びかけ、開会中の臨時国会で成立させたい考えだ。

　法案は、同党のリベンジポルノ問題特命委員会（委員長・平沢勝栄衆院議員）がまとめている。９日明らかになった法案概要によると、裸の状態などの性的な姿を撮影した画像について、被写体を特定できる状態で本人の同意なしにウェブサイトに掲載するなど、不特定多数の人に公開する行為を「公表罪」と規定。３年以下の懲役または５０万円以下の罰金を科すとした。
